Signing For Your Delivery

When a signature is required, the delivery company uses this as proof of delivery of a parcel as being in good condition.
We appreciate that it is not always possible to check the contents of a parcel before signing and therefore please ensure that you write "may be damaged" or "possibly damaged" next to your signature.
If you have signed for an item as delivered in good condition, we cannot refund you if you subsequently discover that it had been damaged in transit.

Please take care when unpacking your items and keep the packaging until you are sure that you do not wish to return the item. The packaging will need to be returned undamaged with any returned items.

Delivery Within the UK

When items are in stock, we aim to ship within 5 working days of payment, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery, especially during busy times such as Christmas.

We use a variety of delivery partners to ensure that your order arrives with you quickly and safely.
Items sent by Royal Mail and Parcel Force
We will email you to let you know that your item has been shipped.
Items sent by courier require a signature of receipt.
You will receive an email before we ship to advise you of a delivery day.
Once you know your expected delivery day, please contact us as soon as possible if you are not going to be in to take delivery so that we can arrange a different day or an alternative address for delivery.
In some of the more remote areas of the UK, there may be slight delay in your items arriving with you as delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
If you are not at home when the couriers arrive to deliver your items, they should leave a card giving their contact details. It is important that you respond to this card promptly or the items will be returned to us, this incurs an additional charge that will be added to your invoice.

If an item is returned to us by our delivery partners as undelivered, we will not be able to resend it to you without first receiving payment for the return fee and redelivery costs. We will send you an invoice for this amount.
If items are returned to us you may choose to cancel your order, in which case, a refund of the purchase price will be made, less the costs already incurred for the failed delivery and return of the item to us and less any non-returnable deposit paid, as laid out in section 4 of our terms and conditions.

Please sign for your delivery as possibly damaged, so that if it has been damaged in transit, we can make an insurance claim on your behalf.
We are unable to make an insurance claim or issue a refund to you if you have signed for delivery of the parcel as in good condition (see first paragraph above).
All items are insured during transit, subject to the proper signing process being adhered to.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery Outside of the UK

We will email you to let you know that your item has been shipped, delivery times will vary according to your postal country.
All items are insured during transit.
